Studio Renovation Short-Term Rental | Waikīkī, O’ahu

This project transformed an outdated studio in the Bamboo Waikiki Hotel into a modern short-term rental.

The renovation required permission from the hotel, limited use of the elevator and parking, the work crew had to be efficient with the time, equipment and materials.

The remodel included removing old carpet, installing luxury vinyl flooring, and adding a new split A/C system for comfort and efficiency.

The bathroom was fully updated with new plumbing, drywall, and lighting, while a fresh white finish brightened the entire space.

The result is a clean, durable, and guest-ready studio that’s easier to maintain and manage for the real estate investor. The renovation improved efficiency, simplified cleaning, and helped the short-term rental achieve higher rankings on listing platforms, all in the heart of Waikīkī, Oahu.
